Jerome Olivet has a fruitful 10 years experience in creating ’spatial’ concept-products. He has quite a few achievements to boast of, 3 years collaboration with Philippe Starck, creation for Alessi, Thomson Multi-media, Baccarat and for Alcatel. He launched his ‘Bionics‘ collection of chairs and lamps at the Exhibition in Milan in 2001.
He believes in the view that design can multiply the senses and sharpen people’s emotions in order to rebuild a new society. Keeping this notion in mind, he has come out with a new line of leather goods. The products are designed keeping in mind everyday’s functionality, along with the motive of reaching out to the futuristic style. He makes a successful combination of esthetics and ergonomics.
